The vote passed on March 27, 2025 - The Association retains the authority to continue regulating the use of public roadways within the community.
  • 1,126 votes received (1,095 electronic and 31 paper): Yes - 667; No - 459
 
 
A.R.S. Section 33-1818 requires the Association to conduct a vote in order to retain the ability to regulate public roadways. First, at least one-tenth of the Members must vote. Second, at least a majority of the Members voting must vote in favor of retaining the right to regulate public roadways. If the Association does not obtain enough votes, it will forever lose the ability to regulate public roadways. This means that the Association would lose the right to enforce any street parking restrictions as well as any other restrictions related to public roadways unless enough Members vote to retain such restrictions
