Common Area Use
Common Area Use and Resident Led Events
Ironwood Crossing is proud to support resident led activities that bring the community together. Whether you are planning a small gathering or a larger neighborhood event, we want to help make sure everything runs smoothly and in compliance with community guidelines.
All park spaces and ramadas(other than the ramada at the Splash Pad) are deemed as "common areas" and are first-come, first-serve. Small gatherings, such as parties without the use of any third-party vendors, do not need prior approval.
If you are interested in hosting a personal or resident led event in a common area with the use of a third-party vendor, or if you would like management assistance promoting your event in the Ironwood Crossing Lifestyle eNewsletter(pending approval), please review common area guidelines using the button below and submit a Common Area Use Request Form with your event details.
