It's an honor to share about a new chapter in my role here at Ironwood Crossing! Over the past two years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as your Lifestyle Director, creating events, programs, and experiences that unite the community. From the Slitherin Sloan project to the Hop Into Spring event, watching the neighborhood connect and thrive has been an incredible journey.
Now, I have stepped into a new role as your Community Manager. I look forward to continuing my commitment to making Ironwood Crossing a wonderful place to call home. In this new capacity, I’ll focus on supporting community operations, working closely with the Board and vendors, addressing the concerns of residents, and ensuring the community is well-maintained.

I’m excited to introduce myself as your new Assistant Community Manager. I’m here to help ensure that Ironwood Crossing continues to be a great place to live and grow. My role is all about supporting the community by helping the Community Manager with day-to-day operations, answering your questions, and working closely with the board and our team to keep things running smoothly. I also will be ensuring the adherence to rules and regulations outlined in the CC&R's, and Guidelines within the Association. I work closely with the Design Review Committee ensuring that all required documentation is complete and accurate before presenting submissions to the DRC. I’m looking forward to meeting more of you, so don’t hesitate to say hello if you see me around or reach out if there’s anything I can assist with. Blythe Wayas, Lifestyle Director
I'm responsible for organizing and coordinating various events, programs, and classes that create a robust Lifestyle program. I collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and instructors to ensure well-rounded offerings. A significant aspect of my responsibilities includes effective communication as I oversee the website, social media platforms, meeting presentations, and all electronic newsletters. I handle all facility rentals, assist with the pool monitors, and support the rest of the Management Team and Board of Directors as needed. I want to create an engaging, vibrant, and enriching community that residents can truly call home.
